Legal identity
Registration is the starting point—not a claim of approval.
This page distinguishes the foundation's public-trust registration from tax approvals, programme permissions, fundraising status, and future tourism activity.

Current operating position
What this website does—and does not—currently offer
No online fundraising or tourism sales are active
This website is presently informational and accepts general inquiries only. It does not currently accept donations, sell travel packages, confirm homestays, or take tourism bookings.
- No tax deduction under section 80G is claimed or promised on this website.
- No FCRA registration or permission is represented; foreign-source donations are not accepted through this website.
- No CSR-1 eligibility, government partnership, accreditation, grant, or sponsorship is represented unless expressly supported by a published document.
- A programme is not active merely because it appears as a focus area. Active projects will be identified by location, partner, approval status, budget, and verifiable progress.
Future programmes
Every activity remains subject to its own legal approvals
The foundation is exploring community development, heritage, animal welfare, education, health, environmental responsibility, and responsible village-experience initiatives. Any launch remains subject to the registered trust objects, trustee approval, tax treatment, local consent, and applicable licences.
- Paid travel, accommodation, transport, food, guiding, or packaged experiences will not be described as charitable donations.
- Tourism will begin only through appropriately registered operators and providers, or after the foundation obtains the registrations required to act as operator.
- Temple or heritage work will require ownership verification, written custodian consent, local permissions, and protected-monument review where applicable.
- Village photographs, stories, and personal information will be published only with appropriate consent and safeguards.
Documents and questions
Verify before relying on a claim
Registration, tax, fundraising, and programme permissions are legally different. A person considering a donation, partnership, or paid service should rely only on the specific current document applicable to that transaction. Questions may be sent through the contact form.
